Individual sessions

Individual therapy provides a private, one-on-one setting where clients can explore personal challenges, emotions, and goals with the support of a trained therapist. Each session is tailored to the individual’s unique needs, whether it involves working through trauma, managing anxiety or depression, addressing addiction, or navigating life transitions.

In these sessions, we work together to identify patterns, build coping skills, and foster personal growth. The focus is on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and supported.

The therapeutic process is collaborative, confidential, and paced according to the comfort and readiness of each client.

The man on the right has a long white beard and wears a blue shirt with a red vest. The background shows a red wall, windows, and a lamp.

Group

Group therapy offers a supportive space where individuals facing similar challenges can come together to share experiences, gain perspective, and build resilience. Led by a trained therapist, each session fosters connection, trust, and mutual encouragement.

Groups may focus on specific themes such as trauma recovery, addiction support, managing anxiety or depression, or unique stressors faced by first responders, veterans, and nurses. While every members story is unique, group members often find strength in knowing they are not alone.

These sessions emphasize confidentiality, respect, and safety. Participants are encouraged to speak at their own pace, listen actively, and support one another. Group therapy can be a powerful complement to individual therapy, offering both insight and community.

Addiction Consultation

Addiction affects individuals and families on many levels- physically, emotionally, relationally, and spiritually. An addiction consultation is a one-on-one meeting designed to assess a persons current struggles with substance use or compulsive behaviors to determine the most effective path forward.

Whether you are seeking help for yourself or a loved one, this consultation provides confidential, judgement-free space to discuss concerns, ask questions, and receive professional guidance. We’ll explore the nature and history of the addiction, assess readiness to change, and review available treatment options, including therapy, support groups, medical referrals, or faith integrated resources.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is an evidence-based, integrative psychotherapy approach proven to help individuals recover from trauma and distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and more.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR focuses on the brains natural ability to heal. It uses bilateral stimulation- often in the form of eye movements, tapping, or sounds- to help process and reframe traumatic memories, allowing clients to feel less triggered and more in control

DBT

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is a skills-based, structured approach to therapy that helps individuals manage overwhelming emotions, improve relationships, and build a life worth living.

Originally developed for individuals struggling with intense emotional experiences and self-destructive behaviors, DBT has since been adapted to help people facing a wide range of challenges, including trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, and interpersonal difficulties.

First Responders

As a therapist with a law enforcement background, I understand firsthand the stress, trauma, and silent struggles that come with serving on the front lines. My First Responder Wellness program is specifically designed for law enforcement, firefighters, EMT’s, dispatchers, correction officers, nurses, and other first responders who need a space to process their experiences with someone who gets it.

The program offers confidential, culturally competent care that addresses the mental, emotional, and spiritual toll off the job- without judgment and without the need to explain the basics.
